If you transport fuels between sites on the road, you are required by law to comply with the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road Regulations (CDG), as such, you are responsible to ensure all tanks or containers used are approved for the transportation of flammable liquids. In short, the tank or container must conform to the United Nations requirements regarding the construction of bulk intermediate containers (IBC's) UN 1202. The Fuel Bank has been tested and approved to conform to these requirements.
